Supervising Editor/Interviewer
Kelly Shetron is a writer, interviewer, and producer devoted to helping people tell their stories. She has produced work for organizations like the oral history project StoryCorps and The Obama Foundation. As a community researcher, she spends much of her time in conversation with people from around the globe, conducting in-depth, one-on-one interviews that illuminate our collective desire to connect and belong. Kelly has also had the pleasure of helping numerous authors write their books for major publishing houses, conducting hours of interviews, uncovering the narrative structure, and collaboratively writing the story.
Kelly is originally from the Philadelphia suburbs and holds an MFA in nonfiction writing from Stonecoast, a certificate in multimedia storytelling from the Salt Institute for Documentary Studies, and a BA in economics and English from Muhlenberg College. She lives in Maplewood, NJ with her husband Ben and dog Charlie.
